Board Members Needed
We have open board positions for president and vice president for the 2013 RSA year. Both positions require small time commitments but are essential to the continued success of RSA.
President - duties: recruit new members each year during orientations at UC and CCHMC, attend events, run quarterly board meetings, work with board to plan welcome and farewell events, write funding request letters, and work with secretary on e-newsletter (about 3-5 hours a month, slightly more in June/July during recruitment period).
Vice president - duties: support president, attend events and board meetings, help with planning farewell and welcome events (1-3 hours a month).

Event Hosting
Another way you can get involved in RSA: host a dinner club or children’s group event. All that’s required is choosing a date/time and a restaurant (for dinner club) or outing (for children’s group) and communicating the details to Anne before the first of the month for inclusion in the newsletter. Dinner club has openings beginning in April, and children’s group has openings starting in February. Contact Anne if you’d like to get involved or have an idea for a restaurant/event! We also welcome book club hosts (pick date/time, book, and host at your home) starting in July.
